  • Layaway accounts are set up with a deposit of 20% and four monthly payments of 20% each. Layaway accounts are interest free for the term of four months. Any deposits on layaways that are not picked up (or if the layaway is cancelled) will be kept on account as a store credit, which may be used for future purchases.

  • Financing is available through GE Financing. Plans offered include: 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months same as cash. Subject to credit approval.

  • Gift Certificates are non- refundable and can be used towards purchases or repairs.

  • Returns
  1. Firefall Jewelers will allow a full refund for any jewelry that is purchased for the buyer or his/her immediate family if returned within 30 days in new condition.

  2. If the item(s) was purchased as a gift for someone other than immediate family and returned within 30 days in new condition, then Firefall Jewelers will issue a full credit on the bearer’s account to be used against future repairs or purchases.

  3. Items returned which were purchased by credit card will be refunded on the same card used at time of purchase. After deducting any service charges retained by the processor (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

  4. Items returned which were paid by check will be refunded by check after 10 business days.

  5. Items returned which were paid by cash will be refunded by check within 5 business days.
    NO returns on special orders, custom made jewelry, jewelry which has been altered (sized, engraved, etc.), jewelry purchased at special events or sales.
  • Custom Designs require at least a 25% deposit. Pending customer approval of the design, the remaining balance will be due at pickup.
